Read GuideYou submit a product link or keyword from Taobao, Tmall, JD or 1688. Kakobuy buys it on your behalf, receives it at the warehouse and runs a basic check, then you choose an international line to ship it home.
Kakobuy checks appearance, model, style and size for items like garments, bags, suitcases and shoes. Sealed packages and electronics are not opened, and authenticity or functionality are not tested.
If the order is Paid, contact support to cancel. If it is Processing and the merchant has not shipped, it can be cancelled and refunded to your balance. Once the merchant ships it, it usually cannot be cancelled.
The listed price is the seller's suggested price and can change, and actual domestic shipping may differ. When that happens you will be asked to top up the difference before the order proceeds.
With purchase service Kakobuy buys the item for you. With transit you buy it yourself on a Chinese platform, ship it to Kakobuy's warehouse address, then submit a transit order to forward it abroad.
Submit the transit and item information afterwards so the warehouse can match your package and shelve it for shipping.
PayPal, Wise, international credit cards and WeChat/Alipay. Different channels may have their own fees, processing times and risk-control limits.
Refunds are usually returned to your Kakobuy balance, or processed back to the original channel according to the platform's refund rules.
Keep your evidence and file an after-sales request promptly. Compensation depends on whether it is a warehouse or international-logistics issue, whether insurance was purchased, and whether declaration and line rules were followed.
Failed delivery, customs inspection, returns and loss or damage are handled under the after-sales and compensation rules. Contact support with your tracking number and order details to start a claim.
By actual or volumetric (dimensional) weight — whichever is greater — plus the rules of the line you pick. Consolidating multiple items into one parcel can lower the total cost.
International shipments may incur customs duty, EU VAT or other taxes depending on your country and the declared value. Some lines also require a tax or EORI number for clearance.
Personalized photos, priority purchasing, vacuum packing, reinforced packaging, pre-packing, parcel photos and extended storage. They help confirm item details, speed up handling or optimize packaging (extra fees may apply).
