Creating and managing your account
New users register a free Kakobuy account to start ordering; existing users can change their password from the account page. Keep your login secure — your balance, orders and parcels are all tied to it.
Topping up & paying
You typically add balance and then pay product fees, domestic shipping and international shipping from it. Supported methods include:
- PayPal
- Wise
- International credit / debit cards
- WeChat Pay / Alipay
Each channel may have its own fees, processing times and risk-control limits, so a payment can occasionally require extra verification.
Refunds
Refunds are usually returned to your Kakobuy balance, or processed back to the original channel according to the platform's refund rules. Refund timing depends on the payment method used.
