Headwear on Kakobuy: Logo Placement Is the Whole Game

With caps and beanies, the detail that decides everything is the front logo, embroidery or applied, because it sits at eye level and there's nowhere for a flaw to hide. Before you approve Kakobuy's QC photos, make the logo your first and closest look.

For embroidered caps, zoom into the front panel and check:

• Stitch density and shape. The embroidery should be full and even, with letters and curves holding their shape. Thin, gappy stitching or a warped logo outline is the most common miss.
• Placement and centering. The logo should sit level and centered across the front panels. On a structured cap this is unforgiving.
• Color match. Thread colors should match the reference, including any outline or drop shadow in the design.

Then look at the cap's construction. On a fitted or snapback, check that the panels are evenly shaped and the brim is flat or curved to match the style, since a warped brim reads as cheap immediately. Confirm the button on top, the eyelets, and the back closure, whether that's a snap, strap, or fitted band. For a fitted cap, sizing is real: caps come in specific sizes, so measure your head circumference and match the chart rather than guessing.

Beanies are simpler but not immune. Check the knit density, the woven or embroidered label, and whether the ribbing looks tight rather than loose. A limp knit looks flat once worn.

Sweatbands and interior taping are worth a glance too, since they're the part factories cut corners on. In the QC photos, confirm the inner band is clean and the branding, if any, is present.

Headwear is light and small, which makes it almost never worth shipping alone. This is a textbook case for Kakobuy's long free storage: order a cap or two, let them sit in the warehouse, and consolidate them into a larger apparel order so they ride along on shipping you're already paying. When you consolidate, a quick request to keep structured caps from being crushed, ideally boxed or stuffed to hold their shape, protects the brim and crown in transit.
